DSL Trouble Shooting

Things to check before you contact Terril Telephone about an issue with connecting to the internet or not being able to send or receive e-mails.

  • If you are using a lap top and use a router to make this connection, you will need to power cycle the router.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Check to see that all connections are securely plugged in
  • Check Activity lights on the front of the modem.
